ProPet + Gravity Forms Sync
Turn any website intake form into automatic customer & pet records in your ProPet account — no double entry, no duplicates, and an email alert to your team every time.
What Does it Do?
When a customer submits your Gravity Forms intake form, the plugin looks them up in ProPet by email address. If they’re new, it creates their customer record; if they already exist, it updates it — so the same person is never entered twice. Their pet is added under their profile, notes are recorded, and your team gets an email.

How it works
- A customer fills out your intake form on the website.
- The plugin looks them up in ProPet by email address.
- If new, a customer record is created; if existing, it’s updated — never duplicated.
- Their pet is added under their profile with the details the form collected.
- A message, plus vaccination and preventive info, is saved as notes.
- Your team receives a “New customer added” or “Customer account updated” email. "ProPet sends email inviting them to create an account syncing information they entered. "New Customer" Notification added to ProPet Dashboard.

Install & set up
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Install and Activate. (Remove any older copy first.)
- Open Settings → ProPet Sync and enter your ProPet API key, account ID, and alert email.
- Choose the form to connect, map each field to the matching ProPet field, and save.
- Submit a test entry to confirm the customer and pet appear in ProPet.
Requirements: WordPress with Gravity Forms active, and a ProPet API key with your account ID. ProPet’s Open API is in limited release, so you may need to request API access from ProPet support.
