Many pet business owners have mentioned how they like tagging pet parents in their fur babies photos on Instagram but were disappointed when they couldn’t do the same on their Facebook business page. Good news, there is a way to tag people in photos on Facebook business pages. Below are the steps you will need to follow to tag pet parents in photos of their fur babies.

Below are the steps you will need to follow to tag pet parents in photos of their fur babies on a Facebook business page.

Step One – Upload Photo to Your Business Page

Upload photo to your Facebook business page as usual. Add any captions, check-in, feelings etc… Once you are happy with your post, click the “Publish” button.

Step Two – Click New Post to Open Lightbox

Now that your photo is published, go find the post on your business page wall and click on it. When do you that it will open up in a lightbox.

Step Three – Navigate to Tagging

This is where you are able to tag people! At the bottom of the photo, you will see a menu bar in black. Click on ‘Tag Photo” here.

Step Four -Start Tagging

Now click anywhere on your photo and start tagging people or other business pages! That’s it!

Happy tagging! We hope this helps you increase engagement on your Facebook business page. Note that tagging people may not automatically post it to their wall.
